Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
   • Fees are non-refundable once activated. Users may cancel anytime, but no pro-rata refunds will be issued.
2. Wallet Credits
   • Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They remain valid until used.
3. Exceptions
   • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or proven technical errors attributable to Niyam.
4. Refund Requests
   • Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.
